I returned from my Summer holiday at the end of August and started FatAttakk at the beginning of September! In 3 months I have steadily lost 8kgs with Dean being on hand to give me constant help and guidance! The biggest thing for me so far! NEVER BEEN HUNGRY ONCE

I’ve been on FatAttack for almost 4 months now guided by Dean. I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started this system thinking “I’ll try anything to shift those extra pounds” and I have really enjoyed the variety & challenge he has put into making this happen. I have lost 4kg in that time and I am so happy. I feel more confident, lighter and have a lot more energy.
