• A fortnightly weigh-in (which can be done at our personal training club in London or home)
• Progress pictures so you can see the difference (if you come to our personal training club)
• Personal support to motivate and inspire you on your weight loss journey
• A one-hour chat once a fortnight to discuss progress and goals
• Access to our Facebook closed group where you can share your successes, talk over your progress and look for motivation if you’ve had a slip up.
• A stabilizing option when needed, so your body realizes your new weight is what you should be and it doesn’t revert to your old weight if you go off track for a few days
